From August 25–27, 2025, project members from Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry (TUAF) participated in the training course "Research Project Management" held in Hue City, Vietnam. The training was organized under the regional project "Enhancing Community Resilience of Socio-Ecological Production Landscapes with Agroforestry in Southeast Asia (RISE-SEA)."
The three-day training brought together researchers and project members from partner institutions to strengthen their knowledge and practical skills in research project management. Key topics included project planning and implementation, financial and administrative management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, monitoring and evaluation, and effective communication within international research projects.

Throughout the training, participants actively engaged in group discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, providing valuable opportunities to exchange experiences and learn from experts and colleagues from different institutions.
The knowledge and skills gained from this training will contribute to enhancing the capacity of TUAF researchers in managing research projects effectively and promoting the successful implementation of the RISE-SEA project. The event also strengthened collaboration among partner universities and organizations working toward sustainable agroforestry development and resilient socio-ecological production landscapes in Southeast Asia.
